Chandrika Ayare is the Executive Director of Search Ends and a founding member of Search Ends Peoplesoft, Search Ends RX Chem, and Search Ends Inclusion Impact. She holds an MBA in Marketing from the University of Mumbai and brings extensive experience in market research, marketing, and customer insights, with expertise across both agency and client-side roles.

At Search Ends, she oversees finance, HR, accounts, and administration while managing overall company operations. In recognition of her leadership and contributions, she was honored with the Women Leader of the Year award at the Business World Emerging Business Award 2025.

Prince Manvendra Singh Gohil is MD and leading the initiative called "Search Ends Inclusion Impact," dedicated to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).
